Campaign Plan

In this sheet, you can easily create a plan for the activities you will implement or prepare for your campaign. There are columns that allow you to carefully detail the job title, related category, priority level, start date, and end date.

You can also set a countdown for deadlines based on the completion date and determine the job status—whether it’s completed or still in progress—by simply selecting from the available menu.


Timeline

All the information you fill in the Campaign Plan sheet above will automatically convert into a Gantt chart or timeline. With this timeline, you can easily monitor the progress of your tasks and avoid falling behind schedule.


Influencer List

This sheet simplifies creating a list of relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or influencers to collaborate with in your campaign. One of its standout features is the automatic scoring system that assigns an influencer level based on the number of followers each KOL has. This helps you quickly identify and differentiate KOLs whose audiences align with your campaign strategy.

Additionally, there’s a highlight feature that allows you to mark or color KOL names according to their status. This makes it easy to see at a glance who has been approached for collaboration, who is still under consideration, and who hasn’t been contacted yet.


Deal List

Once you’ve successfully identified influencers who meet all your criteria and fully align with your campaign's vision and mission, the next step is simple. Just change the status of that influencer to “deal.” Once you do this, the data for the approved influencers will automatically sort and reappear in the Deal List sheet.

Make sure to also adjust the project title and the current month of the campaign as needed. After selecting the current month from the list, the date and month name on the content publish timeline will automatically adjust based on the month you selected for the campaign.
